At Toro Company, we stand behind the quality of our heavy-duty truck parts. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or if you simply ordered the wrong part, we make it easy. Our policy is designed to get you back on the road without the hassle.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for your order

2. Requirements for a Successful Return

To ensure your return is processed and approved quickly, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • New Condition: The part must be unused, unmodified, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Never Installed: We cannot accept returns for parts that show any signs of being installed, bolted on, scratched, or torqued (unless it is a valid factory warranty claim).

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original box and packaging, including all manuals, labels, and included accessories (such as all 3 pieces of a grille bar kit).

3. Easy Return Process

  1. Start your request: Email us at support@torocompanyparts.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Get your Label: Once your return is approved, we will email you the return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

  3. Pack & Ship: Place the part securely in its original packaging, attach the label to the outside of the shipping box, and drop it off at the designated carrier facility (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the error is ours (Defective or incorrect part sent): We cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label at absolutely no cost to you.

  • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong part: The actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund. We do not charge hidden restocking fees; you only pay for the exact freight cost to get the item back to us.

5. Refunds

Once your package arrives at our San Jose, CA warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the return within 1 to 2 business days.

  • If the item meets our return requirements, we will process your refund immediately.

  • The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please take clear photos of the damaged shipping box and the part itself. We will immediately arrange an urgent replacement for you and handle the damage claim directly with the shipping company.
