At Toro Company, we know that minimizing downtime is critical for your rig or fleet. We are committed to processing and dispatching your heavy-duty parts as fast as possible. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following shipping terms and responsibilities.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
We pride ourselves on speed. All in-stock orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) within 24 business hours of payment confirmation.
2. Package Tracking & Transit Inquiries
Once your order leaves our San Jose, CA warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Customer Responsibility: By completing your purchase, you agree that it is your responsibility to track your package and monitor its delivery status.
Carrier Delays: If there is a delay, a reroute, or a delivery exception, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking number to request information.
Our Support: While the carrier controls the transit, Toro Company is always here to help. If you hit a roadblock with the shipping company, reach out to our team, and we will gladly assist you in tracking down your freight.
3. Inspection Upon Delivery
Heavy-duty parts require heavy-duty handling, but accidents in transit can happen. It is your responsibility to inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Please verify that the box is intact and that the parts inside are in perfect condition before installing anything.
4. Damaged Shipments & Required Evidence
If your package arrives with visible damage caused by the shipping carrier, you must take immediate action. In order for us to send you a replacement and file a claim with the carrier, you are required to gather the following evidence:
Clear photographs of the exterior of the shipping box exactly as you received it (showing the damage to the cardboard or packaging).
Clear photographs of the damaged product itself.
A clear close-up photograph of the shipping label attached to the box.
⚠️ Important: Without these specific photos, the shipping carriers will automatically deny any damage claim. Failure to provide this evidence means Toro Company will not be able to process a claim, replacement, or refund for transit-related damages.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Toro Company is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. Any return-to-sender fees or secondary shipping costs due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the buyer.
